These terms govern access to Zelluvo's website, early-access program, hosted app, ecommerce monitoring tools, order operations, integrations, reports, labels, alerts, and automation workflows.
Zelluvo is intended for business use by ecommerce sellers, operators, agencies, and marketplace teams. You must have authority to connect stores, suppliers, marketplaces, and data sources.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, assigning appropriate permissions, reviewing invited users, and promptly notifying Zelluvo about unauthorized access.
You authorize Zelluvo to access connected services such as marketplaces, suppliers, shipping systems, email, or communication tools only as needed to provide selected workflows. You remain responsible for each third party's terms.
Zelluvo helps monitor and automate ecommerce workflows, but you remain responsible for product listings, prices, stock decisions, order fulfillment, customer communication, taxes, shipping, marketplace compliance, and business outcomes.
High-impact automations should be reviewed carefully. Do not enable direct updates, shipping labels, dispatch workflows, or marketplace actions unless your data, mappings, rules, and permissions are correct.
Zelluvo may provide approval-first workflows, previews, limits, and audit logs. These tools support safer operations but do not remove your responsibility to review live results.
Some features may be beta, planned, limited-release, or dependent on third-party approval. Zelluvo may change, pause, limit, or discontinue features as the product develops.
Paid plans, founder access, setup work, custom services, and billing terms are governed by the checkout, invoice, written agreement, or plan details presented to you.
Zelluvo aims to provide reliable service but may experience maintenance, third-party downtime, API limits, supplier changes, marketplace restrictions, or internet disruptions.
Zelluvo software, branding, workflows, designs, templates, and documentation belong to Zelluvo or its licensors. Customer data remains subject to the customer's rights and permissions.
Do not disclose Zelluvo private features, credentials, admin screens, security details, customer data, or non-public commercial terms without permission.
Zelluvo is provided on an as-available basis during rollout. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free data, marketplace approval, supplier accuracy, profit improvement, or prevention of every oversell or operational mistake.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelluvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Zelluvo may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal risk, violation of terms, or activity that harms customers, marketplaces, suppliers, or the service.
We may update these terms as Zelluvo evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
