You are responsible for following the terms of eBay, suppliers, carriers, payment providers, communication platforms, and any other connected services.
Do not attempt to access another customer account, store, integration, token, supplier credential, order data, or admin area without authorization.
Do not upload malware, abuse APIs, probe security controls, overload systems, bypass rate limits, interfere with availability, or use Zelluvo to attack third parties.
Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, API secrets, payment data, buyer address exports, or supplier credentials through public contact forms or unsecured channels.
Do not enable automation that could mislead buyers, violate marketplace rules, create duplicate shipments, publish incorrect stock, or trigger unauthorized purchases.
You are responsible for checking imported files, mapping data, SKU matching, shipping settings, labels, and proposed updates before relying on them in live operations.
Zelluvo may suspend or limit access if activity creates security, legal, operational, marketplace, or customer-data risk.
