How Zelluvo handles cancellations, founder access, subscriptions, and refund requests.
During early access, pricing, limits, billing timing, and included services may differ by founder arrangement, pilot scope, or written agreement.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the plan, invoice, checkout, or written agreement shown at purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing plan limits before subscribing.
You may request cancellation through account settings, support, or the agreed billing channel. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past usage unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Zelluvo may consider duplicate charges, billing mistakes, service unavailability, failed onboarding, or written pilot terms.
Setup work, custom imports, bespoke development, consulting, manual support, third-party marketplace costs, carrier labels, API fees, and already-used subscription periods may be non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
Beta, experimental, or limited-release features may change, be paused, or be removed. Access to beta features does not guarantee a refund unless the paid plan specifically depended on them.
Marketplace fees, shipping labels, carrier charges, payment processor fees, supplier costs, and communication platform fees are controlled by third parties and may not be refundable through Zelluvo.
Contact Zelluvo with your account email, company/store name, invoice reference, and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, tokens, or buyer data in the request.
